Buemi excluded from qualifying results over fuel irregularity

Sebastien Buemi has had his times from Saturday’s qualifying session disallowed after the FIA discovered the fuel in his Toro Rosso did not conform to the technical regulations. Buemi had qualified in 16th at the Nurburgring but is now expected to start the German event either at the back of the grid or from the pit lane.
