Red Bull may have given away victory in Turkey, but in Canada on Sunday they were beaten fair and square by both McLaren and Ferrari. McLaren’s one-two secured the lead in both championships, but with the season rapidly approaching its midpoint things couldn’t be closer.
Hamilton, Button and Webber are covered by just six points, with Alonso and Vettel close behind. And we now have a three-way scrap for constructors’ honours.
