The World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) met in Bahrain on Thursday and agreed a number of matters in relation to the FIA Formula One World Championship. Among them were a new selection process for a potential 13th team next season and the appointment of Mercedes GP’s Michael Schumacher to the FIA’s Circuits Commission.
